Grant of Rights: By submitting, you grant 1upretrogaming a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your footage on the 1upretrogaming YouTube channel and related social media platforms, for promotional and monetization purposes.
