Footage must feature classic retro games that fit the channel's theme. Quality must be at least 1920x1080 at 30fps.

By submitting your video, you confirm that you are the original creator and owner of all content within the submission, or that you have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to authorize 1upretrogaming to use your footage.

Ensure that any in-game music is part of the original game and that you have the right to share it, or that any added music is royalty-free, licensed, or otherwise cleared for use on YouTube. Submissions containing uncleared copyrighted music will not be used.

Do not include any copyrighted material (e.g., clips from movies, TV shows, other YouTube videos, unauthorized music) that you do not own or have explicit permission to use and sublicense.

No Watermarks or Overlays:
    
Submissions should be clean footage without personal watermarks, channel logos, or other distracting overlays.

Grant of Rights:
    
By submitting, you grant 1upretrogaming a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your footage on the 1upretrogaming YouTube channel and related social media platforms, for promotional and monetization purposes.
